"The coffee came out just water. We tried several cups nothing but water. Breakfast was bagels, small muffins and cereal. Definitely short on staff only one person trying to fill the muffins and do the desk plus run the shuttle to the airport. Next time we will definitely try a different hotel"

"Overall, we found the stay enjoyable and appreciated the amenities. However, we did encounter an issue upon arrival - the toilet in our room was already plugged. The front desk attempted to plunge it for us, but unfortunately, the problem persisted. Later, another staff member assured us that maintenance would be in by 8am the next morning to resolve the issue. Despite this, no one came to fix it, and the situation remained unchanged. As a result, we had to use the only available toilets located on the first floor, which was quite inconvenient since our room was on the third floor. "
