"Used the Motel6 App for booking reservations. Once I selected the room I wanted and used my credit card to reserve the selected room, my confirmation would show a different room. Also, when calling the front desk to ask for correction of the selected room, I could not understand the lady who answered the phone, therefore I could not get the issue resolved."

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."

"1st morning, I woke up to a bedbug under the pillow. I was moved to another room and didn't see any. The only amenity was breakfast and you couldn't eat it in your room, makes no sense at all because you can take any other food to your room and eat it. That's why it has a refrigerator. Dumbest policy I've ever seen!"

"The food for breakfast was great. The kick back supper was good. Loved the hot tub and pool. Unfortunately had a fire alarm at 2am. So we all had to evacuate for an hour. Was never told why."

"40.00 to check in at 2:00 instead of 3:00. Needed to just quick change to get to a family funeral.We literally were in the room 5 minutes and didn't return till later that night.We were told the rooms were available, but it would be twenty dollars per room to check in early. That's just very unfair.It makes no sense since we had paid for the rooms.Anyways and they were ready"
