"Multiple rooms, lots of game choices, most of all the pool for the kids! Lots of towels were provided as well as little things like coffee and laundry tabs, garbage bags,etc. Their communication was more than excellent! Any issues that we had they took care of immediately and were so gracious to extend our stay by an extra day with no issues since it was available!"

"Very clean and comfortable. The Pool was a fun way to relax after sight seeing in bourbon country. Good breakfast in a clean and welcoming area."

"I am a disabled veteran with mobility issues, as I pulled into the lot there was one handicap spot left that I thought I would take but as I pulled around the row of cars the night shift desk clerk parked there before I got there. I found another spot much farther away, as I walked towards the door I noticed the the car that parked in the handicap spot did not have a placard or handicap plate and the 20 something year old jumped out of the car and ran and I do mean ran into the building. "The family suite was clean and spacious. Having a king, queen, sofabed, and sitting area plus full kitchen was wonderful. The beds were very comfy. My favorite part of the room was the rainfall showerhead! It was amazing! I think I need one at home!"

"Said i booked a smoke room (my daughter can't) clerk tried to switch it couldn't. Went to room open the door the beds looked like they were slept in. The covers had burn marks then i threw back the sheets and they were dirty with hair all over them. It smelled so bad, we were getting sick. Turned around in less than 5 minutes and then was offered a new room. So you lied to me too. We didn't even feel safe there. The room next to us had their door wide open watching us."

"Make sure to check after you checkout they will charge your account for things at the front counter that you didn’t get. Crazy I was charged for something and the only thing they went off was that I grabbed something from there marketplace before I checked out but it could have been anyone which was crazy to me."
