"Beautiful location overlooking the river. Staff was very friendly. Mattress could be replaced. It sinks in the middle quite a bit. It was ok for a night, but would have been rough any more than that. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay!"

"I asked Belterra to give us a voucher since our daughter's golf tournanment for Saturday, 4/18 was canceled due to weather. I did not expect a refund. And she will play many tournaments here over the next several years. I did not receive a reply. That just isn't good business...you took my money, I didn't stay there and not even a courtesy reply...thumbs down"

"Mattresses are in bad shape, so worn you roll to the middle. Never saw a staff member at The Lodge other than check in at main hotel whom was very pleasant and accommodating. Place just looks tired inside but was very quiet in The Lodge which I appreciate for a hotel. "

"We were looking for an inexpensive place to stay overnight on our trip home that was dog friendly and this hotel was in an easily accessible location. The room was pretty basic, which was fine … but the bed/mattress was rough - squeaky, uncomfortable, and pretty tough to sleep on. The walls were quite thin and we could hear all of the activities in the rooms near us. I guess you do get what you pay for here."

"Everything was a mess dirt everywhere no trash can towels were dirty. Bathtub dirty window shaded destroyed stains on walls chairs. Air conditioner in pieces. And the best part roaches and left with bed bug bites"

"The room smelt like incense were burned 24/7. Every towel I received had nasty stains on them. The bathroom shower was dirty, with hairs that did not belong to me. 3 of the 4 pillow cases were stained or dirty as well as the top blanket. The floor definitely had not been mopped or swept. When the cleaning person came, the took the trash and replaced the towels with more dirty/stained towels. Lastly, there was blood splatter in the ceiling in the restroom."
