"Very nice stay clean but the garbage can were small and not enough bags "

"Breakfast was good and the hotel was clean and staff great! We asked for towels for the 3 of us to shower as there were 2 towels in our room and we were told no extra towels available because people used the pool all day. We asked for an extra pillow for the pull out couch and we were told the same thing..no extra towels. Our bathroom door would not latch when shut so it would swing open and we put a towel down to keep it shut. Not a great choice for us. "

"The facilities do show their wear and tear a bit - but - the staff is unmatched in friendliness and willingness to help out in any situation. They consistently go above and beyond to make you feel at home away from home."

"This has to be the WORST experience I have ever had at a hotel. I requested a non-smoking room and when I arrived at the hotel lobby, the lady behind the desk was yelling at a customer on the phone and once she hung up, she started complaining about her boss who leaves her "crap" to do and then she decided to wait on me. I confirmed "twice" that the room was NS and she said yes. Once I got to the room, it smelled like someone smoked a carton of cigs in there and I immediately called the front...

"Would be helpful if there was a luggage rack in the room and towel racks and hooks in the bathroom. Gave a rating of "good" because the coffee machine in the breakfast room was broken and the fan in the bathroom was loud, as if a helicopter was about to land. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable."

"Good location. But the lobby and dining area needs some serious updating. Seats were all very warn. Beds are not very comfortable and definitely not queen size. And the pillows were terrible and small. Nice staff though. "

"Bugs in room, toilet had waste in it, linens were other than clean with I can only imagine they were cigarette burns, and then there was a kiosk for check in where the other individual was not a local."

"It was a nice place to stay near restaurants like the Garage and stores like target were close by. Receptionist were willing to help with any questions. The rooms were large and clean. The laundry room needed improved instructions where to place the detergent pod because the washer has a dispenser that is not usable. The pod should be tossed in with the laundry. "

"Broken TVs , elevator had trash an food , the room had stains on the sheets , the old tv did not work , as to switch rooms due to broken television was told it was an $15 dollar charge! Even though that is not my fault , I was being charged . DO NOT STAY HERE ! Total dump "

"It’s what you would expect for a cheap stay. Nothing fancy but it wasn’t horrible. Beds were comfy. If you’re a light sleeper all the traffic and planes might be hard. Their was trees down blocking the side walk and I was told about a $50 security deposit that wouldn’t come out of my account unless their was an issue only for it to come out and then be refunded so just be aware of that "
