"My Daughter and I visited COHO in late January for a ski trip during a snowstorm. We were greeted by the owners and their daughter Rosie shoveling off our entrance to room. The room had exactly what we needed for a overnight stay. After Dinner we went into Lobby/Lodge and played board games, vintage Pacman and bought some local craft beer. We had hot coco/tea. "This is a New England bed and breakfast. There are no amenities as it's in the countryside. Buildings are charming but old so reviews need to consider that. Lovely. Not far from where the Von Trapp family settled. Manchester is a charming NE town."

"This place was absolutely sublime; impeccably clean, well appointed and the innkeeper is extremely personable. The view from the room is classic New England with green mountains in the background. The toiletries are of extremely high quality. It will be my go-to lodging when I'm in the area!"

"Stayed in 2 bedroom lots of space but lacked helpful amenities. No place in bath to put personal items need a shelf or hooks. Small kitchen area had no light at all overhead or lamps. Not enough electrical outlets had to unplug coffee maker to use microwave. One bedroom could use a chair “continental breakfast” but milk in fridge was outdated for cereal or coffee. Very poor quality upgrades. Location good and outdoor space lovely."

"It is a lovely beautiful place, we visited at the end of snow season but I bet that this place is beautiful in fall foliage, summer and winter! Me and my best friend stayed at this amazing, cozy and family owned lodge and we will definitely be back we our friends and family. Lisa is very sweet, attentive and has two beautiful cats. "

"Older motel not too far from the center of town. Motel is operated remotely. If I hadn't run into a resident guide, I would have had a problem getting into my room. There was a phone number on the wall in the community kitchen. I stayed in room one closest to the main road. Typical Expedia room either by the road, next to an elevator shaft or across from the indoor pool (I have snagged all three types of rooms over the years). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "Baseboard heater clicking on and off kept from sleeping. This was in the second room- the first one was under other guests where we could hear them normal voice and their footsteps. The location to the lift is great but the sound insulation is terrible. "
