"The beach was crowded and open to public. There are homeless people camped at the side of the building near the beach which we didn’t feel safe. Too crowded and loud; there’s no place to relax. There is also additional resort fee which it didn’t make sense as there’s only a small poll; the place is more like a hotel than a resort. The front desk staff were not welcoming; barely a small; just check guests in. This is the worse “resort” place I ever stayed at and I will NEVER EVER going back."

They used to have a little coffee bar where you were able to get great drinks such as matcha and they had a great restaurant. They have changed the restaurant and the food is not as great. "The property itself was fine. I didnt like that they left opened condiments and a water bottle in the refrigerator. Or that the sink pop up didnt work, or what looks like mold developing on the shower liner. But you get what you pay for, so it is what it is. My plane changed after booking so I had to extend my time with a late checkout, which I paid almost a whole day for to check out at 5 pm instead of 10 am.
