The other near by properties are much higher in price but it's hit and miss on cleanliness and quietness. But here at the Anchorage it's clean. It's quiet. The staff has always greeted me with a smile and are helpful. Whenever I have to come back here for meetings I will stay at the Rochester Anchorage."

"This hotel had an argument with Hotels.com They are not honoring reservations made through Hotels.com. It is a big headache. I had to pay them cash and then fight with Hotels.com which was a headache."

"This place was wonderful. I plan to return when i come back to NH. The room is so spacious and clean. It is a nice apartment rather than a room at an inn. The staff were so nice. Not a big breakfast but they tell you that. So many things to do in the close areas."
