"the room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent , the staff was very friendly too. the negative are parking lot pavement was old and all cracked up, really needs a resurfacing now. the elevator carpet was very dirty and ripped across the front of it we didn't have yfi 2 out of the 3 days and hot water 1 of the 3 days"

"Very difficult to get to. Must drive thru shopping mall parking lot or a back alley. Parking was very limited. Had to park along grassy edge of lot because they ran out of parking in the very small lot."

"Hopefully it was just a bad one off... but this was perhaps the worst motel stay we ever had. The first room was toxic with air refreshing scent to cover up obvious mildew and pet odor. We were told we couldn't change rooms so we tried to air it out but after a few hours the toxic scent persisted. We went to to check out early and go find another place to stay and at that point we were offered another room. We took that other room and unfortunately it reeked of stale beer. "Clean room, efficient check in and check out. Breakfast however left a little to be desired. Hot pancakes/waffle maker out of order. One of the two chaffing dishes didn’t have anything in it. Offerings seemed limited compared to similar level hotels. Coffee was not good. But good for sleeping somewhere clean while on the road."

"I needed a handicapped room I booked 3 but needed at least 1 for my aunts but there was none available I put that on the information when I was booking. All rooms was far from each others. When I arrived at my room there was no pillow cases on none of the pillows. As soon as I was calling downstairs a man that was doing housekeeping open the door and walked in while me and my mother was in the room. He did apologize because he said this room was not finished yet I felt that was very weird. My...

"Unfortunately the property environment is not ideal for families with small children. People were smoking there most of the times, even the blankets have cigarette burnt holes which they haven’t changed. Beds are squishy, likely to get back pain. The room itself smells bad. I wouldn’t recommend it to my friends."

"Don’t stay in room 226 the beds are squeaky and did not get a good not sleep .We had four people in room they only gave us 3 towels. Needed extra pillows they didn’t have that either. If you’re looking for a continental breakfast this isn’t the place for that.Its next to highway and our window was by it so traffic was loud ."
