"I never write reviews but in this case i felt it was necessary. It has been a very long time since I have been to a hotel or resort where someone remembers my name and goes above and beyond to make sure our stay is perfect. My family was staying at the resort while my son was playing at a baseball tournament. I wish I could remember the girl’s name who checked me in because she was the friendliest and most helpful person I have met in a very long time. Not only that the next day she even remembered my name. What seemed like a small thing to her was a huge to me, especially on a busy holiday weekend. She also helped me shorten my reservation as we didn’t need it for the length I originally booked. The hotel had activities for my younger children on Saturday and we went bowling on the property as well. The restaurant we ate at was well priced and had a fantastic server as well. While we didn’t need the golf cart for the beach it is easy to use. Beach chairs are plenty. I can honestly say from the hotel, to the restaurant, to the bowling customer service is above and beyond. Rooms are very clean, we had a suite and it was very spacious for a family of 5. We will definitely use this resort again. It was worth the 35 minute trip to the ball field. For reference I have ages 11-17. If the hotel reads this please look into who checked me in. She really deserves acknowledgment for how she treats people. She give the best first impression of the hotel you can get."
