"Location was incredibly convenient - steps to the gondola and bars/restaurants. We usually stay further out or in the upper village and it was so nice being right in the thick of things - but the room was quiet. Amenities were great, loved the hot tub views and steam room! "

"I have stayed at the Fairmont in Banff twice and this property in Whistler did not disappoint either. The whole experience was absolutely seamless and I literally could not make one complaint. "The coffee and pastry prices are a bit unusually expensive — almost ridiculously so. For example, a croissant at $17 is something I have never seen in my life. I find that a bit unreasonable. That said, the service is excellent and the place itself is wonderful. The concierge system, in my opinion, could benefit from some improvement to be a bit more efficient. Overall, it is a very beautiful hotel, and the staff are extremely kind — especially the ski staff, who are particularly lovely."

En la puerta del hotel pasa el bus/shuttle para ir a whistler village cada 15 min, es gratis y es muy conveniente. En caso de no querer ir en bus, se puede pedir taxi o uber. "
