"Sketchy checking in, no one is ever at the front they leave a list of numbers to text for help, it’s like someone living there managing the place with babies and kids everywhere. Room was already booked so they had to give us a different room with less features. They do not clean your room multiple night stays, they don’t issue more towels, I’m a big girl and we were denied. "Staff was made aware that the door to my room didnt lock and that the keypad didnt work, so basically my door was just unlocked all the time. Anyone could have just walked right in at any time. I was told basically that theres nothing they could do and that there were no other rooms to move me to until the day before i check out. Ive been here for three days already without a functioning lock on my door. "

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed two nights at the Comfort Inn in Conroe, Texas, and I was very impressed. The hotel is only a few years old and is exceptionally clean from top to bottom. The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax. The bathroom was also large and spotless. The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean, and all the amenities were exactly what I needed during my stay. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep both nights. Although I didn’t eat breakfast, the hotel provided a full breakfast buffet. Overall, I had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel in Conroe, I highly recommend it!"

"I wish I had read the reviews before booking this hotel because, unfortunately, many of the negative reviews reflected my experience. As soon as I walked into the room, it felt very hot and muggy and had a strong odor that reminded me of an old, poorly maintained building. The room appeared unclean, and it looked as though the floors had not been properly swept or mopped. The walls and interior showed significant wear and gave the impression that upkeep had been neglected. The biggest concern was the bathroom. Upon entering, I immediately saw a cockroach and what appeared to be rodent droppings. At that point, I decided I was not comfortable staying there. I returned to the front desk and informed the employee that I wanted to cancel my reservation due to the conditions of the room. I was told that refunds were not available and was offered a different room instead, but I chose not to stay. Based on my experience, I would not consider this a family-friendly hotel, especially for those traveling with young children. Cleanliness and sanitation are extremely important to me, and I did not feel comfortable spending the night there. I understand that budget hotels may not offer luxury accommodations, but guests should still expect a clean, sanitary, and well-maintained room. Unfortunately, this property did not meet those expectations."

"Ok for a low budget hotel, but….as a woman traveling alone and at night, security was very concerning. There was a strange man in the (very small) lobby when I arrived, not necessarily a problem. However, the clerk verbally asked for my phone number without offering a piece of paper to write it down. I didn’t want to repeat my phone number with a strange man within ear shot who saw me arrive alone and after midnight. Clerk was apologetic when I made her aware, but it did make me anxious for my stay."

"If you want stringy threadbare towels this is the place for you. Breakfast was a joke with no variety and nobody checking quantities. At least 30 people had nothing except for toast or milk less cereal, Bathroom was not very clean and had moldy caulk around tub along with splintered door frame and baseboard. Never again!!"
