"There were changes made ...that weee not on the agenda....arrived at location...to a tiny room with no kitchen, very tight quaters ...nothing like advertised. Staff did try to accommodate, and upgraded us to a mordern updated suite, which seem better than the first place, but cable had to be tyrned on, the pool which appeared nice from afar, up close however was dirty and full of debris, used beer bottles floating in the pool water, as well as insects ....and ducks...yes ducks , the place...

"Parking was fine. Local police were called 2 days in a row. The first time for an altercation which didn't affect me but they knocked on my door to ask if I knew anything going on. The next day because of a cracked out vagrant who was on property. They were jailed and left their personal items on the sidewalk. Other guests were questioning it and I was already going to the office to have it addressed and the front desk just basically dismissed it and said housekeeping would take care of it...

"Bottom line -- Parker Palm Springs is a boutique resort with many attractive aspects -- room quality/comfort, restaurant quality, lovely grounds, and very pleasant staff. However for $2k/night, it falls way short. Parking/valet is poorly designed (constantly jammed up and car wait time is 10+ min), bathroom infrastructure is terrible, water runs hot and cold with no warning, TVs are not smart TVs so even though we were there, as many other guests were, for the Indian Wells Tournament, we...

"Very nice, small and quiet boutique hotel . It was exactly what we needed for the weekend. We stayed in the Hermann casitas and they were beautiful !! The only complaint was that the pool in the Herman casita area was a trendy shallow pool. I think a large normal pool would be much nicer . Otherwise very well run lovely property. "

"We had a wonderful stay. The weekend went by too fast. The breakfast was lovely, healthy and filling. The room was so clean. Temperature was perfect for the spring heatwave. Will come back for sure! "

"Check in staff was very nice. However, the room was in poor condition. The wall paper was cut in pieces, falling off in others. The carpet was not vacuumed, the prior guests had left tags from new clothes on the floor. There was candy on the side of the mini fridge. Hair in the sink and shower. Long hair in a pile behind the toilet. Worse of all there was poop on the drawstring bag thay has the extra toilet paper roll in it on top of the toilet. Super dirty room. "

"For the price this place is a good deal. It is an old basic property and about what you would expect for a Motel 6 that is older and not updated. The neighborhood is not the best. I just needed a cheap place for one night and I felt it was about what I expected. The guy that checked me in and the guy that checked me out were both friendly and professional."
