"When we checked in front desk staff was eating and was very disrespectful with a bad attitude.
I called the hotel front desk 7 times the morning of checkout but the line kept ringing and nobody picked up.
Eventually, I went up to the front desk to try to speak with somebody but there was nobody there I even waited a good 15 minutes and tried calling out for someone but nobody came.
When we checked out I went to drop off the key cards and someone came around the corner with their mouth full...

"There were roaches in our bathroom, i told the front table hoping for a possible extra night in a different room or a percentage of my money back. I am not one to argue or cause a scene if something isn't my way, so i simply left. All the man at the front desk was said that he was sorry and they'll have someone come check for it. "Acres Landing was an incredible stay! It felt like a private desert oasis, our airstream was super clean and comfortable and also had robes to wear. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities, including the 24/7 pool and outdoor soaking tub and corn hole late at night. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll invite all our friends next time! A unique place and I highly recommend!"

"The first full day we were there everything was great. 2nd day when we went to the pool it was closed and remained closed for the rest of our stay. That’s the reason we went to enjoy the pool. Very disappointed. They never mentioned it when we booked the room.
The room was great. The kids from the family above us were very loud and jumping a lot. Started early and it was late at night and they were still at it."

"Manny and Shannon at check in were so nice pleasant and helpful with directions and suggestions on places to check out.
