"Die Dame an der Rezeption hat mir eine wunderbare Walking-Tour in Bilbao auf einer Stadtkarte eingezeichnet. Das hätte ich bei keiner geführten Gruppe besser bekommen. Und ich konnte anhalten wo ich wollte. Sie war auch sehr herzlich. Das Dinner war wunderbar. Die Bedienung auch sehr sehr freundlich. Location am Hafen sehr schön"

"This hotel is darling and very nicely located for dining and shopping options. Get a room with a river view! Staff were very friendly, and check-in went smoothly. The room wasn't huge, but comfortable and very clean. The bathroom was also a fine size and clean. It is outfitted with Ritual's products, but missing both conditioner and body lotion. The carpeting in the hallway could do with replacing - stained anything doesn't lend to a place feeling clean and well kept. We had lunch in the hotel...

"La particolare struttura dell'hotel, con camere ricavate contro una collina, risente inevitabilmente dell'umidità proveniente dalla parete cieca con conseguente pesante odore di muffa sia nel corridoio al primo piano, sia nelle camere. Ho dovuto mettere i tappi nelle orecchie per non sentire il treno (ferrovia adiacente). Solo la colazione si salva."
