"The room was spacious and generally very nice. The staff were amazing. So welcoming and friendly, and went above and beyond helping my son with his pancakes, making sure we all had what we needed at breakfast time. Would definitely recommend this hotel and if we need to stay nearby again we would 100% return."

"Check in smooth and friendly staff. Room was dusty in places. The windows let in a draft and more noise. Perhaps if you get better windows it would be less noisy Sofa bed really uncomfortable Good kitchen amenities For a child there is a lot of hazards like a glass table?!?!? Like why? The hotel has gone down hill. We stayed here as a couple in 2016 and it was amazing. We took our child this time and it's deteriorated quite a lot."

"Stayed for 2 nights.Great location for Canary Wharf. Reception staff were welcoming. Lovely hotel but could be improved by attention to detail. On arrival to our room the shower gel had not been checked and was empty, cleanliness could be improved the room was quite dusty and there were stains on the carpet, the robes provided one had two fairly big holes in it and wasn't up to the 4* standard. Water and biscuits were not restocked on day two.The sauna and steam room area were a great asset but...

"Great location, right next to a Tesco express. Flat is roomy with great kitchen space and facilities. Shame you can’t go onto the balcony. Main issue is room is very hot and it was only April. Hard to cool down the room. Shower was also a bit temperamental and went cold every so often. But otherwise great appartment to stay in for a couple of days!"

"My experience at the Canary Ark Hotel was very disappointing and did not meet my expectations. The room was extremely small, and the bed was in poor condition it felt unstable, made a lot of noise with any movement, and sank in the middle, making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
