"Breakfast had good variety. Not sure why turkey bacon and not regular bacon though, at least have both options. Hor fresh waffles was amazing! Why hide the expresso machine for breakfast only? Breakfast closed off too early, should be at least 10am not 930. Rooms were clean. Pool was nice and clean. Lots of towels by the pool. Nice tvs by the common area to watch games and hang out. New shower faucet was really confusing to use and you couldn’t actually see on there where the hot and cold was. Also no vanity kits. Was desperate for a shower cap and nail file. Check in was good. "I was here for 6 nights, as I was in Hamilton for the Juno Awards. The thing I didn't like was that we had to phone the hotel to let us inside the front door, as it was locked at ALL TIMES. Sometimes, there will be someone at the front counter and they would see us and let us in. The room was ok. Nice and comfortable bed and good Wi-Fi. They had NO towels, and they take a while to give you towels. Plus, my toilet doesn't work properly sometimes. It needs to be fully repaired. There was NO maid...

"Great location, beautiful architecture but there was no dining options, the desk staff wear many hats so often there was a “be right back” sign out and some of them did not appear to enjoy working their shift. Strong chlorine smell in the lobby, no dining options, the shower curtain fell down when I hung a wet towel on it (I’m old so I knew how to fix it), housekeeping every third day but if you appreciate character hotels those issues are worth the experience."

"Great stay overall! Check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I really appreciated the free on-site parking and reliable Wi-Fi. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with a mini fridge and microwave, which made things very convenient. The bed was super comfortable, and I had a great night’s sleep. The location is also a plus—close to walking trails and plenty of amenities. I would definitely stay here again!"
