"Good staff, need a bit of maintenance"

"Mutiara is not a typical beach resort—it’s a true eco-resort designed with tradition and sustainability in mind. It’s also actively run by the long-time owner—no corporate chains here. The most important things to be prepared for: no AC and no hot water. You sleep in lovely teak and rattan cottages with mosquito nets and plenty of fans. "Friendly and helpful staff! Spacious rooms that fit 4 adults comfortably. Excellent buffet breakfast and lagoon pool was divine."

"Location: only 5minutes from ferry terminal Resort: Staff super friendly and helpful. Like the vibe on the resort and I feel very relax staying here. Restaurant: food is nice and the waitress also very friendly and helpful. Will definitely come back again!"

"Kamer was vuil, communicatie verliep niet vlot. Geen ontbijtbuffet."

"Dekat plaza dan pantai"

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."
