"We truly enjoyed our stay here at The Residence. This is a perfect getaway where all the staffs are lovely and friendly. Our villa stay is very comfortable, we cycled to everywhere within the premises. We also enjoyed the private dinner at the beach area. There is one good advise, the residence is quite a distance from the ferry terminal, the ride is about one hour and 20 mins. So do make your ferry schedule earlier. Emerald class is highly recommended for ferry rides."

"We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist. The hotel itself was clean and comfortable. The only downside was that the food and drinks were quite expensive. However, there are several excellent local restaurants nearby where you can enjoy delicious meals at more reasonable prices. Overall, we would definitely recommend this hotel."

"This is our 2nd time staying at this Villa. The service team was speedy in their response and service. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Renting of floats was expensive (S$50 for 2 floats for a day) The food from room service was average but the team had great recommendations on where to go for dinner which was excellent. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience. Will be back if I’m going back to Bintan."

"🌟Our family had an absolute blast at Natra Bintan! 🌟The resort is incredibly family-friendly, and the staff are wonderfully polite and helpful. We signed up for the kids' activities package at Treasure Bay—as hotel guests, we got a 20% discount, which is a fantastic deal since the vouchers can be used anytime during the stay. The dining was a highlight and there’s a great variety of delicious options. We highly recommend this resort and will definitely be back in the near future! 🏊♂️✨"

"Staff was helpful, sometimes information provided was not accurate. The spa was terrible. It was a 1 1/2 hr spa, The massage ladyfies did not seem to have any spa skills. The actual duration was much less than 1 1/2 hrs. The breakfast was good. The flooring all over the place was not even but bumpy. The room flooring seemed to be a slope towards the window."
