"Leider habe ich nicht das appartment bekommen welches ich HIER, reserviert habe. Offensichtlich schein es so, dass Hotels.com dieses appartment ohne Genehmigung der Mieter anbietet. Ich strandete in Concepción weil die Personen gar nicht wussten, dass die Wohnung reserviert war. Die Wohnung, war schon vergeben. Gott sei Dank bekam eine andere Wohnung in ein anderes Gebäude. Obwohl hotels die Mieter nicht informiert hatte, verlangte hotels 108euro für eine Fiktive Stornierung. "

"My worst experience with an apartment. On my first day, when I came back in the evening after exploring the city, I noticed someone had gone through my bags and an envelop with cash in Chilean pesos (hidden in an inside pocket, not in plain sight) was missing. This had never happened to me before, not even in hostels... Minutes later, I was meeting the property manager to pay for the apartment.
