"I was in Winnipeg for a conference at the RBC Convention Centre and it was the perfect spot to pick. The room was spacious and clean. The cleaning and front desk staff were super helpful and friendly. I did use the indoor golf simulator to unwind and it wasn’t too bad. There are both left and right-handed clubs set up for you to use if needed. The hot breakfast options were great, love the waffle maker and that the omelettes were different every day. "We had a very late arrival. Beds were comfy. A little noisy outside as staff had a disagreement . Woke up to a message that if we needed late arrival we could for a fee. My visa was charged for a laundry bag ( not laundry just a bag) total 15.00 dollars. With several phone calls back to the hotel they finally refunded . I didn't need a laundry bag but what was shocking was that they charge people 15 dollars for a bag to put your laundry in. That is a first for me."

"Upon arrival the staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean. Whenever I encountered a problem, it was solved immediately. The breakfast was okay. Breakfast would be better with hash browns. The staff that run the breakfast make sure everything is running smoothly. If someone spills anything, it was immediately cleaned up.
