"Staff was excellent accommodating my requests"

"Room was clean except for items left in freezer from previous guest. Seriously no frills at this location. Stayed for three nights. No housekeeping for your rooms, had to go to front desk for toilet tissue as there was less than a full roll and no extra in room. Continental breakfast, better get there super early or it’s gone by 7:15am. They say they only have “one box per day” and once it’s gone it’s gone. Maybe not put it all out at 6am? Price hiked up this weekend because of college graduation but was still over $120 a night and it’s normally $55. At least it was in a decent location. Staff was nice."

"They ran out of clean towels. Staff didn’t know if the pool was open or not. Asked for a basketball for the basketball hoop and was told it’s not available for use, though it was sitting right behind the front desk"

"Clean room, helpful staff even though I checked in at the last minute around 11 pm. Also was assisted with late check-out the next morning to get prepared for an event I had. Great stay at a beautiful hotel."
