"Clean room, good amenities with toiletries, hair dryer, tea/coffee facilities. Shower gap would have been handy. Lifts not adequate for the number of floors/rooms when busy. It was particularly busy due to the championships but we spent ages each time waiting for the lifts and they were usually full."

"Great location. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was really good. Air-conditioning wasn't very powerful. I felt hot overnight. The parking situation is a real problem, I think. I was completely unaware how difficult parking would be to navigate and, once navigated, I had no idea how expensive it would, even with the discount the hotel gives."
