The location is good it’s literally like a 10 min walk to the bull ring shopping center with some lovely culture around the property getting into it was a night mare check in was for 3 I was sat im the car waiting for the owner to get back to me as when I called apparently cleaners were still in when it was time to go in cleaner had forgot to leave the keys in lock box so after all this I also had to ring hotels.com to get help it was around 5 when I eventually got into room this is whilst having 2 small children with me also the advertisement is free parking there is no free parking the parking is on street with a max of 4 hours the parking at the building is private the room itself lovely very spacious cleanliness wasn’t great there was coffee stains on the kitchen floor and there’s a lot of dust on the scurting and windows and hairs on the bathroom walls in the shower parts also upon arriving there was no hot water which I had to try and figure out and the bed with the tv in the room is broke on one side and the mattress is so lumpy and bumpy a few minor adjustment and maintenance on the property and it could be brilliant again for the stress of the trip I had from arriving putting a downer on my experience I don’t think I’d be in a rush to come back not for the cost of the room either for 1 night
