Room clean and tidy, bed was a bit hard. There is little sound proofing you can hear the slightest noise in rooms adjacent. Staff are great very helpful and courteous

Good value for money, clean comfortable room. Centrally located with parking.

This was a last minute booking on 8th January because of the awful weather and terrible road conditions. We were given a warm welcome and were very pleased with our twin room. Spotlessly clean, comfy beds, tea/ coffee making facilities, couldn't fault it. We had a very tasty breakfast next morning, welcomed by Raja, who made sure we had everything we needed , a very sincere member of staff. Overall a very pleasant impromptu stay and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you once again. 😊

Good value for this type of hotel .
Friendly & helpful staff , breakfast as good as any other hotel .
Lovely place to stay & close to transportation. Ingrid in the restaurant area was sooo amazing, she had a lot of information on the area friendly, personable, over all sweet lady.
Room was small but ok for a short stay. Clean and the shower was good. We could hear other guests so the soundproofing could be upgraded. The underground car park is very tight to get into.

The location was ideal for a concert at the Academy, and very close to the train station. It was a bit noisy as it’s in quite a lively area in the heart of China Town, but not enough to bother us.
Room was very basic and a bit dated, but was fine just to sleep in after going out for the night.
The staff were friendly and helped direct us to an alternative carpark as the hotel carpark was full when we arrived.

Location super easy access to all areas
Beds were uncomfortable and the pillows were horrendous. We askwd for a swcond one and that was as flat and uncomfortable as the first one
We were on the 1st floor and the noise from outside was loud.
The room does NOT have aircon and the room was seriously warm and stuffy. Double windows outside one on a guide so little airflow.
