Fantastic stay. Perfect location for the Utilita Arena and city centre. Very friendly, helpful staff, Everything thought of. Spacious, well equipped and clean rooms. Would definitely book again.

Mini-apartment format with all the basics you might need, although not much more. Rooms were quiet, beds comfy and shower had great water pressure.

There are parking spaces outside property but these are very popular. Parking in the Car park is £17.00 a day.

We had a good stay at this apartment hotel in Birmingham. The room was a decent size, clean, and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful throughout our stay. One thing we did notice was a rather strong bleach-like smell as you entered the corridor leading to the rooms. This may have been due to the cleaning products being used, but it was quite noticeable. The only other concern was an unusual encounter at around 9 AM, when someone unlocked our room door with a key, opened it, and then walked straight back out. We informed the staff about the incident, as it was quite unexpected and concerning. Overall, we had a pleasant stay, and the staff were helpful. However, we hope the hotel looks into the door incident to ensure guests’ privacy and security are maintained.

Everything was perfect apart from parking because once you pay for parking and you leave if you’re spot goes u got nowhere to park ur out on streets again which you should have a reserved spot if you pay

Great location, easy parking reasonably priced, rooms were cosy, beds comfortable, breakfast was great& good selection only flaw is there was no where to put your plate when trying to serve breakfast as the lids do not stay up so you need 3 hands but overall lovely hotel& would stay again
