"The doorman was GREAT i was with my elderly parents and one is in a wheelchair and was a GREAT help with the luggage and opening door. Only thing spoiling it was a selfish parker on the pavement so i could not wheel my mother past."

"Overall very good and I'd happy go back, however the hotel has a very strange and rather disjointed layout, and the public spaces whilst very well kept and pleasant don't go the extra mile to make this feel like a premium experience. Let me be clear, this is only the decor, which is in good condition, just not very special. The staff, room and food were excellent"

"Staff were very attentive and informative from reception through to the bar and restaurant. We ate in the bar and the food was excellent. The room was small (twin room) but very clean and modern. The beds were perfect for both my mother and I, and we had a great sleep with o noise. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again."

"Clean room, not the most modern rooms but given they run at a high occupancy they were in great condition. Bathroom clean, lots of towels and hand/ body soap, only gripe was the toilet paper holder was what you would see in a public toilet. Staff - amazing, kiosks wouldn’t work upon arrival and checked everyone in swiftly. I didn’t eat on site but it was so busy I strongly recommend if you are staying pre-book. Check out was smooth, quick and again so friendly! "
