"Gloria at the front desk. I had an absolutely horrible day. My husband recently died. My kids were fighting. I had put them on an airplane and was driving 13 hours by myself. And Gloria just met me where I was super sweet really kind and helpful and just what I needed I cannot tell her thank you enough. She is a Jim and you should keep her."

"Our stay at the Omni was excellent! The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were comfortable and the temperature was easily adjustable. We loved both indoor and outdoor pool as well as the atrium bar and restaurant! The outside space is great and offers a break from your room. The location truly cannot be beat. We walked around the Downtown Mall multiple days to shop and eat. Monticello was a ten minutes drive and UVA is a 5 minute drive. I highly recommend and will be stay each time we...

"I had no idea that this hotel had almost no staff onsite. The check in/out is virtual and doesn’t even work correctly. If a really helpful maid hadn’t been there I don’t know how I would have gotten into my room. The place is very clean but totally rundown. The door to the patio off of my room didn’t even have a working lock. Someone could have easily climbed a wall and walked right into my room. I would not stay here agin."
