The staff we spoke with were all friendly and courteous. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. As an engineer, the shower was the best design I've ever seen. Very relaxing. The bed was great as I love a firm mattress. The pillows lacked a little, but not enough to downgrade my 5 stars

No decaf coffee, eggs resembled plastic, hash browns too salty. Oatmeal was good and I enjoyed the fresh tangerines. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and bed comfortable.
