I have never been to a hotel so low staffed, and you could tell on the conditions of the rooms, as well as the customer service received. These employees were done with everything....

"On their website they said they have complimentary ev charging stations which is the sole reason why we rented an ev. The ones that were compatible with the ev we had were out of order. The staff was no help at all. They basically told us we had to charge it off site and that there was nothing they can do. So at this point we had no choice we had to charge our ev off site which was an extra cost and took hours away from my vacation and experience. We literally had to sit there for 2 hours each...
