"Ich hatte mir von meinem Aufenthalt leider mehr versprochen. Während der Service beim Frühstück wirklich positiv hervorzuheben ist, gibt es beim Zustand der Zimmer massiven Nachholbedarf. Zimmer & Sauberkeit Das Hotel ist sichtlich in die Jahre gekommen. In meinem Zimmer war der Laminatboden in einem sehr schlechten Zustand und ging an mehreren Stellen bereits auseinander – das ist nicht nur unschön, sondern auch eine Stolperfalle. "Room was clean and comfortable. What made our stay great was the staff. Particularly the front desk staff of Matteo and Antonio who helped us with some very challenging tasks, but they stuck with it and helped us complete them. The bar staff were also great-Tomas. Breakfast was delicious and lots of variety. Value was excellent. Would absolutely stay there again."

"love this hotel for its daily rate and closeness to the airport. i stayed the whole week before flying out and took the bus into central station Milan every day. it was easy and the bus and shuttle back from the airport was great. i will book again if i go to Milan instead of paying so much in the city. bonus is the free daily breakfast, clean and quiet. "

"Es ist ein wunderschönes Hotel in einer sterbenden Umgebung das Shoppingcenter wirkt ungepflegt. Viele Leerstände und teilweise vermüllt. Das Hotel selber ist sehr schön aber vieles ist kaputt. Stühle im Zimmer so kaputt das man sich nicht setzen kann. Teppich ausgefranzt und die Klimaanlage hat auch nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war ok. Alles bisschen in die Jahre gekommen aber da der Preis wirklich günstig war und das Hotel trotzdem schön und sauber war würde ich wieder kommen. "

"We stayed here for an early flight, rooms were clean and comfortable. I can't comment on the breakfast as were up and out for 6am. The shuttle bus is 5 euros per adult kids are free, you have to ring the hotel to arrange for them to collect you from the airport. Great service though."
