"Staff were a little sullen at reception. A smile helps. Room was great as always. All amenities needed. Bed comfortable with great pillows. Quiet and good nights sleep. Wish we hadn’t paid for breakfast - hot food served buffet style on ban Marie which did not keep it hot at all. Toaster took an age to gently brown the bread. Hot water for tea is served from coffee machine which makes it look scummy & not hot enough. Staff were disinterested. There is a lovely cafe around the corner from the hotel which is much better. Parking can be an issue if the hotel is busy but there is a multi storey car park not too far away."
