"Easy check-in. Shuttle available for cruise ships. Large rooms. There was construction but it did not effect us."

"The room had no outlets next to the bed to plug chargers into. We were told there was a clock on the night stand to plug into but it was not there.the a/c system sounded like a jet plane taking off. The road noise was loud in the room so the cars and motorcycles could be heard all night. We ate in the bar restaurant one night and it was so cold from the A/c you needed a jacket and this was in April it was not hot outside. I’m sure there are better options in the area. "

"This hotel is without a doubt, the best place for anyone to stay that is planning a visit to Cocoa Beach! Plenty of amenities & a great staff that will go out of their way to make your stay a memorable experience. "Loved it was very close to port canaveral, as got off cruise ship and stayed the weekend for beach time , and it was very close as well . Loved watching the dolphins in the river and the boats traveling by. Lots of room for the 6 of us , kids Loved the extra rooms for them . We ate at the restaurant on site and was excellent food great service ! This is second time staying at the resort and live it !"

"If you’e staying here for a cruise, make sure you book your shuttle to the port in advance. Our flight was delayed, we got to the hotel after midnight and when we tried to get a shuttle voucher they told us it was too late to reserve for the shuttle. Mean while we spoke with them multiple times to tell them our flight was delayed and checking in late, not once did they tell us we had to reserve the shuttle in advance. Other than that everything was 10/10 "

"Floor was dusty not properly cleaned, AC not working properly 1st night had to get fixed by maintenance next day and door with issues to open and close "
