"Pool nice, refreshing,staff friendly,my room was clean, plenty of space between parking, .. the only issue I have to say, is the Travelers that stop, have pets,need to follow the Pet form they sign, when registering, and that is... CLEAN up after your Pet takes a POOP in certain areas, that have Mulch for pets to use Bathroom, or walk off grounds into the woods, none of use w/pets like to clean up after them, I suppose, but it's being Respectful to motel,other guests & your character, few days ago,I took my Safara out, she didn't make a mess, unfortunately stepped in another dogs, which got packed in her paw,..sick, I had to take a good 10 minutes at least, make sure all her paws were washed very well, before getting on bed... Please,pick up after your Pet, ...makes much better for all & grounds stay much nicer, Tk you, enjoy your visit...room 103"

"Door to room was missing more paint than what it had. Very rusty ironing board (no iron), very rusty Suitcase stand, bathroom door jamb was rusty too. "

"Nothing was an outright failure here, but so so many things made it clear that there wasn't anyone really trying. From only swapping towels when the room was made, and nothing else, a room that was half empty, hand towels not being stocked in a place in reach of the sink, dirty curtains, a shower that looked like it hadn't been cleaned, cold food in the breakfast buffet that should have been hot, loud banging noises that happened at night, bad smell in the room, to refusal to provide a receipt. Look somewhere else."

"Small, very uncomfortable rooms that are cleaned every 14 days according to note at front desk. You take out your garbage or they charge you $25 for leaving it in the hall. The bed we had was horrific as sheets were too small and wouldn’t stay on bed. I got up numerous times during the night to get off plastic covering the very, very uncomfortable mattress. The a/c seemed to have one setting which was frost! You turn the device down and it continues to shut off. We ended up putting a towel over the a/c to keep from getting frost bite. The back door was not working so they put a rock there to prop it open. How “secure” would you feel if some crazed person came through the door? The property was somewhat new (maybe a couple years old) but there just doesn’t seem to be pride in the property and it shows. Weeds, bushes trampled all over or missing in areas. It definitely was NOT worth over $100 we paid. I turned down a new hotel that was $298 per night. I probably would have had a better nights sleep. The staff was superb."

"Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. "

"This property is very pet-friendly, and the process of registering our pet ahead of time was extremely easy. I called customer service twice before our trip, and each time the service was excellent. The luxury apartment was exactly as described in both the listing and the photos. When we arrived, the check-in instructions indicated there should be two mail keys and a key card for the pool. I only found one mail key, so I sent a message to the management team. They responded very quickly and let me know that I could pick up the second key if needed. Since we were only staying for a week, I did not end up needing it, but they still had it ready for me to pick up, which I appreciated. There was also a light in one of the closets that was not working. I reported it, and again they responded promptly and offered to send maintenance to fix it. Since we were only there for a short stay and weren’t using the closet, we declined, but it was great to see how quickly they were willing to address the issue. The pool area was extremely clean and very relaxing. The dog park was also well maintained, and we were very happy to have that option for our dog. Overall, the booking process was incredibly easy, and the cost was much more affordable than staying in a hotel for a week. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and have no complaints about our experience."
