"Small, very uncomfortable rooms that are cleaned every 14 days according to note at front desk. You take out your garbage or they charge you $25 for leaving it in the hall. The bed we had was horrific as sheets were too small and wouldn’t stay on bed. I got up numerous times during the night to get off plastic covering the very, very uncomfortable mattress. The a/c seemed to have one setting which was frost! You turn the device down and it continues to shut off. We ended up putting a towel over the a/c to keep from getting frost bite. The back door was not working so they put a rock there to prop it open. How “secure” would you feel if some crazed person came through the door? The property was somewhat new (maybe a couple years old) but there just doesn’t seem to be pride in the property and it shows. Weeds, bushes trampled all over or missing in areas. It definitely was NOT worth over $100 we paid. I turned down a new hotel that was $298 per night. I probably would have had a better nights sleep. The staff was superb."

"Clean room. Nice staff. Nothing within walking distance. No lobby, breakfast. Very plain but we were just spending the night. "

"We stayed one night as we found a hotel a lot closer to our mom. We were still charged the full amount so my card company is handling the dispute. I called multiple times and left my name and number. No call back. After a week I took measures to correct this. "

"Hotel was worn and tired. Door to balcony did not work to overlook the water. Lock was jammed or broken and building settling had prevented the door from functioning. Mold/ discoloration in bath and shower showcased the lack of care for maintenance and health. No blankets provided and a call to remedy was a person that did not deliver or resolve the issue. "

"Blood stains on sheets, mold on the ceiling in the shower, mold-like stuff on the bathroom faucet, corners in bathroom literally red and filled with dirt, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, overall smelled nasty. Had to buy drinking water b/c the water here smelt/tasted putrid. Shuttle to cruise port not included and was not told it would be an additional charge until I asked. Easy parking, friendly staff, very nice outdoor pool area (closed for maintence when I was there) but not worth what I paid"

"No pets. Had Pool,tennis court,fitness room . outdoor seating but smokers . Breakfast was only muffins, toast,cereal,apples,bananas, juice, milk , coffee. Hotel was back off main road , so it was quiet and private . Furniture kind of antiquey, quaint. No overhead light, only 2 lamps didn’t provide much light . Small table and chair and desk w/ chair . Tv, small fridge and coffee make. .convenient location to mall , lot of restaurants near by, walked to a nice diner for breakfast, thrift store next door. 20 minutes or so from Kennedy space Center. Parks nearby. Nice stay. No carpeting. Staff was welcoming and nice . Only stayed 2 nights, towels were replaced after 1st night . Outside could use update / paint . "

"This property is very pet-friendly, and the process of registering our pet ahead of time was extremely easy. I called customer service twice before our trip, and each time the service was excellent. The luxury apartment was exactly as described in both the listing and the photos. When we arrived, the check-in instructions indicated there should be two mail keys and a key card for the pool. I only found one mail key, so I sent a message to the management team. They responded very quickly and let me know that I could pick up the second key if needed. Since we were only staying for a week, I did not end up needing it, but they still had it ready for me to pick up, which I appreciated. There was also a light in one of the closets that was not working. I reported it, and again they responded promptly and offered to send maintenance to fix it. Since we were only there for a short stay and weren’t using the closet, we declined, but it was great to see how quickly they were willing to address the issue. The pool area was extremely clean and very relaxing. The dog park was also well maintained, and we were very happy to have that option for our dog. Overall, the booking process was incredibly easy, and the cost was much more affordable than staying in a hotel for a week. The apartment truly felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again and have no complaints about our experience."
