"Had a very pleasant 2 night stay. The hotel is in a lovely location with superb views over Petticur Bay. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was delicious and I especially enjoyed having a room with a sea view and balcony. "

"Overall, our stay was excellent. The room was very comfortable, and the view of the bridges in South Isensferrt was absolutely lovely. We dined at the restaurant and were very impressed — both the food and the service were great. Our only issue was with the check-out experience. I had an important meeting at 11 and we politely asked if we could have a slightly later checkout — just by 30 minutes to an hour. Unfortunately, the staff member at the front desk was quite abrupt and didn’t respond...

"Something different with very helpful staff. Location for eating out options was excellent and the city tram was a 5 - 10 minute walk away so easy to get into the city from Leith. Even better the same tram takes you all the way to the airport and as it is near the end of the run seats and luggage storage are not a problem.
