"POOR maintenance: broken entry doors to hotel; fitness room closed; broken window shade in room; mold throughout bath area; NO towel hooks except on bath door; no microwave or refrigerator; unreliable air conditioner; masking tape on door.
POOR breakfast: almost burnt sausage daily, cold biscuits, few choices.
At least there was a friendly, professional front desk staff.
I could not cancel my stay because it was booked months in advance."
