"Thanks to the staff for making our short stay so pleasant. They were all courteous and professional. Thanks to Jamiah for arranging a new room due to a problem with the original sink. (also the restaurant recommendation and the extension cord) Jamiah’s notes meant we didn’t have to explain the situation again to the morning clerk, Lorna. She had the new room ready sooner than expected and delivered the new keys to us. The upgrade was a nice surprise! The Townhouse is well located close to China Town and the Manchester Art Gallery. "
