Hotel nice and easy to find and good walking distance from all attractions. Hotel doesn't have parking of their own but road parking is available. Room had a few issues, toilet door not shutting was probably the biggest one and the toilet itself was quite difficult to flush and very close to the sink. You can tell decorating has been done quite recently but not much tidying up has been done after so theres a fair amount of dust etc from drilling on parts of the wall and windowsill. Matress on the top bunk was torn underneath and fairly springy. Breakfast was slightly disappointing as small portions for kids, seems odd they wouldn't be given bacon but just sausage, one hash brown and beans. Staff very friendly and helpful.
On arrival place looked closed believe its used for art hobby but not very welcoming.... An email sent before requesting early breakfast was ignored and upon request for this was told NO. The single rooms very small even though booked a twin... Glad didn't bring anyone. One room was cold. No parking is available which I thought I had asked for so had to park 3/4 of a mile away at a cost of £16 for 3 days. Breakfast was OK. All in all with the amount of accommodation in the local area these business need to be accommodating to beat the competition. Have stayed at other places in Blackpool for only a few pounds more and been welcomed and breakfast early and parking.... The bar is not very welcoming either. Decided on an early night instead....
great welcome, great Breakfast, a very welcoming H
Very close to the promenade with all the shops and amusements just round the corner

Cheap and cheerful
Typical cheap n cheerful Blackpool B&B. Room was small but served its purpose. Parking near the place was a bit of a nightmare so plan ahead as we really struggled. One thing I would say is they could do with a drop box for keys for check out as no one was around and ended up having to stash keys behind the front desk as we needed to leave
We was only supposed to be staying one night but decided to stay another.. Andy and Natalia are really friendly.. on the Saturday night was an art exhibition of all the fantastic artwork in the hotel and got to meet some if the artists too.. We stayed in the Matt Bishop family room (room 25) and thr graffiti artwork was amazing.. I would definitely recommend to friends and family.. Thank You for an amazing stay..!
Water poured from the light fitting. Asked to move or refund, told NO. There was hole and plaster missing from the light fitting, the wall had obviously been wet for a long time as underneath the wallpaper it was broken and spongy. We weren’t able to touch the bathroom light, was provided with 2 tiny press lights!!! After complaining again we had free breakfast which was unadable.

Was very stuffy shower leaking down stairs breakfast we had to wait till 9am bar staff were excellent not bad for a weekend in wouldn't stay for a week or more too cramped
This tiny room that I shared with my 8 year old was more like an old dog kennel.very badly painted rooms with wood chip on the wall, dirty curtains, horrid carpets, uncomfy matteress, there was grease on the Bathroom window, about 3 mil thick,it's all I could smell once the kitchen starting cooking breakfast.it was like waking up in a chip pan.
Very dangerous shower, goes as hot as a kettle,we could not shower as it continuesly went hot n cold.
Toilet seat did not fit toilet.
£62 for hotel,£6 extra for breakfast and £10 to pay to park a fifteenth minute walk away. You can stop in a lovely clean hotel for less. My daughter did not sleep either, bed too lumpy my daughter said. I'm devastated, even more so that I didn't take any pics to save fellow holidayers this nightmare

BLACKPOOL TRIP
Hotel ok door stuck on bathroom the best thing was lady was really helpful and friendly
Needs a bit of work doing on it to bring it up to date. Couldn't fault the staff in being pleasant but it was hit and miss with breakfast and they need to replenish the items in the rooms daily as we had to ask for toilet rolls. The bathroom was tiny considering we had 5 people in are party plus not much wardrobe/draws for the amount of people in the room, had to live out our bags.
Nice B&B. Owners are friendly and keen to make sure guests are happy. Only down sides are no parking and lack of sockets in room. We stayed in a double room. An extension lead plugged in next to bed and fed to cabinet with kettle was fed under carpet. Wasn't happy with this so unplugged extension as cable appeared to to be fed near carpet grippers. Only used B&B for sleep and breakfast, as we were out all day, so not bothered about not using kettle.
We stayed as a couple one weekend and returned the following weekend with our 9 year old son. Our room the first weekend was very small, it suited us as it was really just to sleep. The second weekend we occupied a family room which was ample. We were a little concerned after booking as we had seen terrible reviews however the hotel is under new management and could not have been more friendlier or accommodating though they are still finding their feet with some of the inherited flaws such as xbox passwords. Very minor flaws and would definately recommend. Close to beach and amenities, shops, bars etc. Breakfast was more than generous, and was delicious. Overall 7/10. Will stay again
When we booked this hotel we were told we had free parking which we never we had to pay £5 per day in a church carpark also told we had a sea view u couldn't see anything as this is up a side Street and it's about 2mile walk to the closest shop but the hotel was great
The rooms are nice, the hot water on the top floor wasn't warm or hot, book in at 21.00 hours and took 10 minutes for someone to open the door after ringing bells and banging on the door, staff are friendly enough and pleasant. Don't expect an early breakfast! We would stay again as it was suitable for our requirements- a bed for the night whilst we were there for the rally
Couldn't fault our stay here, beds were comfy, room was perfect size considering we were out and about and rarely in the hotel. breakfast was spot on. Would 100 percent recommend and will definitely be back next year! Thank you,
