A very enjoyable stay and this b&b very close to all things in Blackpool the staff very friendly and welcoming I would definitely recommend to everyone that are looking for a convenient place to stay and very good value I would definitely stay again.

It's fine

This is a perfectly reasonable no-frills, budget hotel. The bedlinen was clean and smelled freshly laundered. The staff were really friendly and approachable. You can't argue with such value for money. I had a good sleep. The room was quiet. The street was quiet. The location is great. Those are the positives. I won't knock the place by listing negatives.

Beach premier hotel experience

Fabulous clean bedding new beds ...excellent english cooked breakfasts and evening meals ....polite kind courteous friendly both sam and andy perfect host . Couldnt fault this bnb hotel despite some refurbishment and upgrading premises etc nicely located on lord street . Would give score of 10/10 worth visiting offers incredibly reasonable deals and all went the extra mile etc .despite this wonderful break i actually found it comforting home from home peaceful quiet accomodation thouroughly recommend this fabulous hotel . Service second to none couldnt have done more for me A big thankyou looking fwd to next stay here esp in summer ☀️

Refurbishment in orogress

New proprietor recently took over. Most of the amenities advertised on hotels.com were unavailable due to refurbishment of the property. I had been looking forward to breakfast, which was unavailable. That was disappointing. Nice, basic room with comfortable bed & basic en-suite. I guess it’s on the list for refurbishment. Should be very nice once all the work is complete.

Room was filthy and not large enough to be a double room. It was clearly meant for one person. There was no heating in our room, in late October, when it was wet and windy. There was no replenishment of tea, coffee, milk, sugar, toilet rolls, towels or shower mat, even though we were there for 7 days. We had to purchase our own. When we arrived we were given one toilet roll and one set of towels. We had to ask for a second set of towels and only got given one more toilet roll, for seven days. They did not even know we were booking in and queried our payment, which we made months in advance, which took them approximately 20 mins to confirm, while I had to park outside on a yellow line. Would not recommend. Avoid !!
