If you are thinking about booking I wouldn’t bother. We had the worst experience of our life’s staying here. From the apartment being dirty like disgusting to someone entering our apartment at 12 and the police being called. We ended up with no refund and no sleep so I wouldn’t stay here if I was you.

This place is nothing like the photos and when we arrived nobody was there to let us in and when we rang the number of the host they were cheeky tramps & very ignorant also they had young fellas staying who were doing drugs and you could smell It everywhere in the place , I was actually afraid for my kids and wife’s safety

We was not informed about of any codes to enter the building prior to arrival so was stuck out in the rain until we could get hold of someone and n the phone to let us in. The room was not of a. Wet good standard, the windows were full of condensation making the windowsills very wet, the window. Would not close therefore let in a chill and couldn’t cancel out any noise. The cups in the cupboard were dirty. The toilet paper looked like it had gotten wet and just left to dry. We had no WiFi for a good few hours before maintenance finally fixed it. No remote for the TV so therefore could not watch TV. Was told they would try to find one but never arrived with one. This hotel was massively overpriced for the location and lack of facilities.

We turned up at the hotel with 2 children to be told they didn’t receive a booking confirmation from Expedia and they were fully booked so we had to find alternative accommodation on an already busy Easter weekend, in result we had to cut our holiday short by a day. It was pay on arrival meaning I hadn’t paid anything up front but Black Ocean took full payment from my bank on the Sunday which left me short after having to pay for another hotel. Clearly Expedia is not at fault as the hotel received my bank details therefore must have known about the booking as they took payment. The actions of this hotel brought unnecessary stress which should have been a stress free relaxing Easter break.

Great location, bit more attention to room needed

Great location, across from coral island, the apartment on arrival was basic but had all i needed, unfortunately there was no running hot water & the shower didnt work, did report this to the owner & manager, didnt hear back until following day which after earlier great communication was annoying, manager was lovely, she did her best but ended up moving to another room, more attention needed to housekeeping & would of thought this would of been check before arrival. Beds would also benefit from a matress protector for comfort.

The property seemed to be going through an update, a nice corridor when you walk in that will look really nice when finished. The room was clean and tidy, new look kitchen and bathroom l, just the walls need a bit of attention/ work on them, seems as though the room was being refreshed when it could be.

Great place to stay

Great experience. Took my girlfriend for a long weekend away. Hotel is located right in the town centre with plenty of amenities all around us. The manageress was lovely, very warm and welcoming. Helped us with everything we needed.

Perfect location. Couple of minutes walk on to the front and the attractions. Could do with a bit more of a clean in places, dusting etc but overall very good.
