"The check in lady was very helpful as it looked on her system like we booked room only but I knew I had booked all inclusive. It wasn't too much trouble for her and was soon sorted. All of the staff seemed busy but never too busy to help for anything. The evening meals were lovely home cooked food. Our server Leigh was so helpful and very good with my son who is more of a plain eater. Definitely will be booking again."

"Great for the price you pay! Rooms a little dated but very clean Staff friendly but felt for guy in reception as one covering reception during 3-330 so was a queue …. Didn’t use restaurant at all so can’t comment Central good location Value for money Would return"

"The female manager was not friendly enough. I complain about the toilet basin drain emitted an extremely foul smell of swamp, but she insisted that there was no smell. She said no one complbefote but only me. I told her I didn’t want to argue then she said will ask technician to clear. But after done still no use. Actually this is not the point causing smell."

"The communal shower was filthy, there was black mould on the walls, the beds were broken and very uncomfortable, the “staff” didn’t seam to be bothered that we were there and only saw him for check in and that was it. Had to call him when we got there to check in and finally it is in a very dodgy and run down area of Blackpool, definitely would not recommend staying there is you are a single woman staying by yourself."

"Everything was amazing the only slite conplaint was the bath the bath was extremely slippy got in bath 2 have shower and it was slippy so decided it would b better 2 have a bath but i struggled getting out off it there wasn't any grab rails so got hubby 2 help me was getting in a panic as i had a new hip in sept ladt year so didnt want 2 do any damage "

Small lift Maze like +Carpet clean Sheets/ towels clean Door locked properly. Toilet flushed properly Water pressure ok Staff polite/friendly Lift worked Fire escape signage"
