"We had booked last minute and we got a good deal considering it was the air show and was going to be busy that weekend. When we arrived at the hotel it was newly built and very clean. The manager Dave was very helpful and friendly and always there if we needed help. I would recommend this place to everyone. My kids enjoyed it so much they want to go back there and stay again."
"A great stay (as usual) - hotel is modern and very clean. Staff are great, very friendly and helpful. Car park is a little small, but space is at a premium at the rear of the hotel due to the proximity of the pleasure beach. Thankfully the roller coasters stop around 5pm, so no noise in the evening. Bit of a walk to the nearest tram stop is the only fault I can think of. Would definitely recommend."

We travelled 5 hours to Blackpool looking forward to a relaxing break instead we experienced one of the worst hotel stays we have ever had.
Cleanliness & Condition Completely Unacceptable:
• Moved between four different rooms due to ongoing cleanliness and maintenance issues
• Rooms showed clear signs of neglect: damp on walls, damaged fixtures, peeling surfaces

"Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again."
