"Still a great hotel but things have definitely slipped since my last few visits. Slow check in, bathroom extractor fan not working, partially blocked bath and faulty lights. All small problems but it does point to slipping standards. I’ll give it one more go, based on previous experiences but might have to find another favourite hotel for my trips to Blackpool if things remain the same. "

"Clean hotel though left sign on door to be cleaned in morning it wasn't very few presence of staff apart from breakfast which was excellent,,had noisy neighbours next door they had t.v on until 3am we did vent our frustration to no avail no staff to complain to just a phone number on which we decided to not stay a second night not that anyone would have noticed overall poor room for improvement"

"the hotel staff and service was excellent , we can accept that its an old building but could do with a good re-decorate the only downside was that the mattress on our bed was not comfy at all. The breakfast was also excellent and we would probably stay again."
