The President Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"As always the staff were wonderful, special shoutout to Martin and Nathan. We stayed in the president room this time which has its own separate livingroom, ceiling fans in both rooms. On the first floor, turn right as you leave the lift and the room is just through the doors, turn left as you come out of the lift and you are at the restaurant. Food was good, especially breakfast, meals are buffet style. Parking is £10 per night although there is on street parking next to the hotel. Something to note is that recently the hotel has added a £5 per night charge mobility scooters."

Grand Hotel Blackpool
2/10 Terrible
"Upon arrival into the council estate hotel car park, beware of local travellers, as you you find your way in, there is No clear signage nor anyone to great you. At first I thought I had walked into a abandoned hotel from the 90’s I managed to find my way up to the reception floor where it was empty and a young man desperately trying to deal with a local travellers, a phone call and myself trying to check in. Considering the position he was left in, he was doing really well. Got the keys to our 2 rooms on the 7th floor, once we opened the door, both rooms absolutely wreaked of cigarettes and B.O. both rooms smelled the same, so not just a one off. Clearly not had new carpets since smoking was banned. There is no Air conditioning or venting, the rooms apart from the window which you can crack open an inch. Lucky we were too tired and went to bed, but the local druggies outside kept us awake from 1.00am until 4.00am screaming. It was a mixture of faulty towers and Grand theft Auto combined into one nightmare. Breakfast finishes at 9.00, when we arrived looked ok, but not really a selection, the coffee machine was out of order, when I asked the only member of staff, where can I get a coffee, she said I would have to have the juice. We reluctantly ate some kind of an egg and bean with overcooked sausage breakfast and left politely left without causing a scene. We booked this hotel, because it has a pool and a gym, the pool and gym were closed. Terrible hotel, Do not book it."

Park House Hotel
8/10 Good
"On arrival it was a quick check and the lady on reception was pleasant. £10 a night to park the car. We arrived in our room which was small, dated, hard bed and not to our taste but it’s Blackpool and we thought we would only stay for 1 night instead of 2. At 2am we had been out, had some food and we were just going to sleep when water started coming through the ceiling on the head of our bed. I went and found a staff member and I was worried for a while as he said there were no more rooms! He did find us one and it was a lot better. Good size, more tastefully decorated, sea view, we couldn’t complain. We ended up staying both nights it was comfortable and clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel. If you want to go into town it is a 10 minute walk. My only negative (not the water, it wasn’t the hotels fault) is they didn’t come and apologise for what happened and had we not only just gone to bed and been fast asleep I perhaps would have been annoyed. A small gesture goes a long way and an apology would have been appreciated"

Bluewaters Hotel, Blackpool North Promenade
6/10 Okay
"Lovely people property needs updating and staff need to show you to the rooma as struggled finding my room but staff where very accomadating expecially when they where busy unfortuatly wont be staying again as changing area where abit open could do with lock doors in swimming pool changing areas expspeally when its men and women changing"

Blackpool Football Club Stadium Hotel, a member of Radisson Individuals
10/10 Excellent
"Pitch view room was great. Brilliant view of the pitch and very spacious. A few issues with the fabric of the room (scuffs and scratches on the woodwork) but nothing to worry about. Loads of wardrobe space. Nice bar/restaurant. On site parking at a reasonable rate"

The Imperial Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I loved the history of the hotel. The kids enjoyed being there. The tram was right in front of the hotel. We had a good view of the beach and the tower. There were steps which we were told were for emergency exit. At first we thought they led down to the reception but wow they looked "scary" Maybe the hotel should put a inscription that the door to the stairs is for emergency"

Savoy Blackpool Hotel
4/10 Poor
"Room was not clean a fire broke out on the 3 floor nearly 5hours to get to are room and you could smell the smoke from it not happy with that no refund offered"

Doric Hotel
8/10 Good
"Great staff lovely hotel but some areas dated carpets need bring up to standard in communal stair wells that said wouldn’t hesitate to rebook"

MyRoomz Silver Strand Hotel
4/10 Poor
"Heavy smell of tobacco smoke in the corridors and stairs. Bed was reasonable comfortable, room was average size for a Blackpool guest house. Carpet didn't look to have been vacuumed. No hot water for a shower. And a little visitor showed up on the pillow in the morning, looks like a bedbug One to avoid"
