"Our stay was great, no issues there my problem the car park, i called the reception at 7am to say i needed my car we were checking out at 745 to be told there wasn't anyone available to move the other cars until later on, which meant i had to leave my car in the carpark and get a taxi to the dance venue and another back costing me extra money which i hadn't budget into my weekend! Plus the extra time getting back to the hotel at the end of a busy day! Xx"

"Lovely stay here!! Staff were very friendly, room was clean and beds very comfy. Excellent location too, very close to tram, north pier and north station so can easily get around Blackpool. The breakfast was very tasty too and had a lovely view of the beach as I ate. Only thing was we were promised a TV but didn't get one, we weren't bothered for one though. Overall a lovely place run by lovely people. Would highly recommend"

"I was given the room on the ground floor. There are two guest rooms and a door leading to what I assume are living quarters for the live in manager. I was constantly disturbed by the banging door of the manager, followed by a grinding noise, talking outside my bedroom door (the check in and out area) and even a dog barking inside the staff area. This noise was throughout the day and into the early hours. It then started again at around 08:45 in the morning, for check outs, with seemingly no consideration for the guest in the room trying to lie in. The room itself was lovely, king size bed, modern powerful shower, clean and comfortable. There was no window in the room, which didn’t bother me, but might some people. I would definitely stay here again, but NO WAY accept a room on the ground floor if you want a lie in or a quiet stay."
