"We had a lovely stay here 5 adults. Having enough separate beds was important to us and the sofa bed room can be maintained as a private space. Sort out needs perfectly. Clean. Well located. Very smooth process for check in and payment and very helpful answers to queries ahead of trip. "

"Hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard, and was locely and clean. Breakfast was amazing, cooked breakfast at weekends, with continantal options and fresh fruit. Keven was very helpful. "

The location is so convenient for all the attractions, whilst being quiet at night. Unusually for Blackpool, excellent Wi-Fi and TV reception too. "Our stay the "friends hotel" was a great stay. We couldnt ask for better hosts, dot was so nice, making sure we had everything we needed. Rooms where what to expect for the price. We opted to have our evening meals there. Both breakfast and evening meals where very good, being asked what we wanted the evening before, with plenty to choice to choose. We are already thinking about coming to visit Blackpool again and would definitely choose to stay at this b&b"

"The property was lovely! Best place we have stayed in Blackpool over the last 20+ years. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again! Staff were amazing, chatty, nice and welcoming. Car park was full when we arrived (early) but no issues parking on the street nearby at no cost. Room was huge and bathroom was lovely. The only issue in the morning was that we could hear other rooms toilets being flushed and the cistern refilling. We didnt eat here but drank in the bar and the drinks were reasonable and...
