"A really lovely hotel with the kindest and warmest owners. You are made to feel at home immediately and Linda and Tony do all they can to make your stay brilliant. The kids loved the special hot chocolates in the room and we all loved the amazing breakfast. The hotel is very convenient for the attractions, 5 minutes from Pleasure Beach and 10 minutes walk from the water park but in a very quiet and safe street. Would definitely recommend to anyone!"

"We had a lovely welcome from Steve and Elaine. The Arthington is beautiful. Coffee on arrival everything explained our room was amazing i cannot recommend this place enough. We visit Blackpool quite regularly and this is now the only place we will be staying. "

"What can I say,. The hosts were absolutely amazing from check in to check out. They couldn't do enough for you. The hotel itself is undergoing some major refurbishment which did not impact our stay in disturbance. The only impact was no bar was available but they had a solution (you can use the bar in the next door property) the rooms were clean, habitable and comfortable. Even though ours was a very small room (advertised for 3) but it could just fit 1 double and our newborn. We were lucky...

"Check-in was very simple, the property very clean and the host very helpful over the phone. We arrived late in the evening and it was so wonderful to arrive to the suite with the pullout bed made up already and a beautiful bottle of Prosecco and two glasses set out. We felt so very welcomed. A great location and a classy set up. "

"Great location to the pleasure beach, really far from town centre so bare that in mind, tram is just across from hotel so not all bad, superb breakfast, little dated decor and could do with a freshen up but it is Blackpool so do not expect the Ritz, would deffo stay here again and free parking"

"Lovely staff and so clean"

"Yvonne was an excellent host and was very attentive from the minute we arrived. The room was very comfortable and the bed was great. My husband and I slept very well and woke up feeling refreshed, The en-suite was superb, well appointed and clean. The Runway is centrally located in Blackpool and is a superb base to explore the town. "

"Nice hotel. Great staff and good breakfast. My only criticism were the lifts and difficulty navigating the maze of rooms and corridors. I think you need more sign posting. Came down one set of stairs as lift hadn’t been closed properly upstairs and couldn’t find my way out. So just more signs. Otherwise a nice place and very friendly. "
