"Super host and great variety at breakfast. Felt very looked after and welcomed. Room clean with adequate shower and plenty of lovely little extras. Only negative was the pillow was a little lumpy and duvet a little heavy, had a very hot night even with the fan in the room. Couldn't open window because of noise from the seagulls! That said I would recommend a stay here. Lot better than other b&bs I've tried in Blackpool and very central."

"There’s no on‑site parking for overnight stays, but the car park is just around the corner and only a few minutes’ walk away. The guest house is close to everything, with a small Morrisons conveniently located at the end of the road. The couple who run the guest house were lovely and made us feel very welcome. "We stayed in room 3. The floor was on a slope, so the bed was too. The bathroom door doesn't close, the shower tray fills but not empty very quickly so you have to turn it on and off to stop flooding of the floor. Towels weren't clean. We paid £10 for parking in a different road. The spare bed was behind the door so we would have struggled to get out in an emergency. "Nice hotel. Just what you would expect really. Very grateful for view of pleasure beach. This made my daughter’s holiday very special. Let down a bit by reception staff. Young girl very miserable & didn’t seem to be enjoying her job at all. There was also a terrible smell from our bathroom the whole time. Poss drain problem? Cleaners on the other hand were wonderfully courteous & welcoming. Overall a good stay & would stay again."
