"No one was at the front desk to check in had to go around the whole place tk fjnd someone cleaning tk checkin took 30 minutes to fjnd someone. The place did NOT look like the pictures that were online on the outside. There were food bowls from panda express on the bedside tables from the last person that stayed so the room was NOT completely cleaned."

"Rooms were decent and clean enough. Property overall is just very outdated and rundown; the lobby and restaurant that doubles as the breakfast area are all in need of updating. Food offerings were very limited and not appealing. "

"Hotels.com messed up my reservation, the pkace was booked up and I ended up with a King room instead of the triple room I had reservation. I spoke with staff a couple of times, but there was nothing they could do, however knowing I was in a situation, they mentioned at check-in maybe (if they had a cancelation) they could move me to at least a double. When I arrived they had already moved my reservation to a double, I was so greatful and told Cheryl had made things right! Shout-out to your front desk staff Thank you"

"The floors were dirty and sticky. The shower didn't look clean. My TV had issues, and they sent a maintenance person on the second day to fix it. I had a staff member, possibly a housekeeper enter our room while we were sleeping. She said she thought she was on the third floor instead of the second... she never knocked. The staff overall were friendly enough, but I needed quarters to use the washing machine and couldn't get them. There was nowhere close by that was open to get them either. There should be another way."
